I need some help with team unity. I manage a team, I have a head coach. We are having a few issues with girls that are the better players giving others hard time for not giving them the ball. Its in its infant stages now but I want to cut it out now. I raised a bball player who went on to play at the college level, this is now my grandkids team. I know how destructive this can be and I refuse to let it take hold. This is a second grade girls team. I am having a meeting with kids about what team means. Any suggestions? I will point out Team stands for together, everyone, achieves more theory. Plus make them understand that I have never seen a sinlge girl beat a team of 5. I am open to suggestions

This is being directed at a few members of the TR fantasy basketball league that have quit playing. By my count, there are at least 6 of you out there that either have had injured guys in your active lineup for extended periods of time or haven't made a roster move in weeks, if at all. One of you in particular quit at the end of football season and has made one roster move in basketball. Please make sure to occasionally check your team roster. Make sure that there are no injured/cut guys in your active lineup. Make sure that you at least make a token effort to participate in this activity that you volunteered for. Doing anything else is disrespectful to the other players and will no longer be tolerated. As the commissioner of the TR fantasy leagues I have the security rights to lock you out of your team(s) and make roster changes for you. This is NOT something I want to do, but in an effort to keep these leagues fun for everyone, it is a step I am prepared to make.

Ich suche für unsere Mannschaft neue Trikots mit Aufdruck natürlich! Unsere alte Druckerei vor Ort hat uns im Stich gelassen, also suchen wir jetzt halt ganz modern eine Online Druckerei die uns evtl. auch sponsert!
Vielleicht hat ja jemand schon tolle Erfahrungen mit sowas gemacht, wir sind derzeit leicht verzweifelt denn bisher haben wir uns eben immer auf die Firma vor Ort verlassen! Aber was will man machen?
